It’s time to give another shout-out to a local business. This week we are talking all about MOVE in Silverdale. Have you been?

I finally tried the incredibly delicious Acai Bowls at MOVE. It was amazing. All that talk about how amazing this place is is true. Now that I’ve been here and tasted their food I can confidently say, you need to give this place a try.

It’s so nice to finally have a fast food option that’s healthy for me and the family. They offer both vegan and gluten-free options, which makes this place easy for anyone with dietary restrictions.

I had the Dragon Bowl with an Almond Latte. My friend had the Mango Bowl and a Macadamia Milk Latte. It’s confirmed-both were fantastic and you need to give them a try.
