It’s time to give another shout-out to a local business. This week we are talking all about Family Thai Cuisine! Have you been?

One of my all-time favorite spots in Kitsap County is Family Thai Cuisine. Head chef and owner, Thiti Wilaiporn, makes the most delicious dishes. My family has enjoyed his cooking since 1998. We can’t get enough.

While Family Thai Cuisine has only been open for 3 years, Chef Thiti ran a very popular Thai restaurant nearby for close to 20 years. He decided to move his restaurant to this new location. The quality of the dishes is still the same, and dare I say even better.

I was able to sit down with Thiti Wilaiporn and ask a few questions. He shared with me that “The main objective of ours, my wife and I, is to give everything and more to our customers. We want to make them happy. I don’t need to make a lot of money, so my customers come first. My customers are everything.”

With an attitude and commitment to his customers, it’s no wonder they have such a loyal following. If you haven’t been yet, make plans this weekend to head to Family Thai Cuisine and see what everyone’s talking about.
